Fixed Assets Management System
This module handles all data and operation related to fixed assets including (purchasing, selling, disposal, depreciation…..etc)
This module must contain at least the following functions/characteristics: Comprehensive File for Every Fixed Asset Using explorer style to view fixed assets main data accompanied with asset's photo if exists Grouping assets into user defined categories according to it's characteristics And define the location for each asset to enable users view/filter assets based on categories or locations. Ability to copy or move assets within assets explorer Enabling drug & drop operation to copy, move and arrange assets Enabling define cars and trucks and all related data (CC., Cylinders, Passengers, tonnage…..etc Link each asset to it's proper ledger accounts and integration with the GL module by generating ledger transactions and posting eliminating the need of user interfering. Enabling linking each asset to it's proper cost centre Enabling generating reports from assets explorer based on selected asset(s) according to user preferences Ability to search assets by Name, Code or any criteriaEnable defining depreciation method for each asset using standard depreciation method:

Enable user to record all fixed assets related transaction exclusively as following:

The A/M forms must contain at least the following functions/characteristics: Ability to record transaction by local currency or any foreign currency and set the transfer rate Generating G/L transaction automatically but allowing user to edit those generated records. Any additional expenses related to a transaction such as taxes, transportation should be taken in account On line cash & check collection and reconciliation in the same document Allow user to define custom payment terms Ability to attach any documents, contracts or files with each doc
Allow user to records related to maintenance and assets renewing ass follows:
